ABC OF READING LITERACY
Every year, the main topic intervenes in different fields of reading stimulating activities and connects different stakeholders. Researchers, teachers, librarians from different types of libraries, students of different programs, educators, practitioners and theorists can share their experiences and knowledge.
The professional event was organized online between 5 and 9 October 2020 by the Center for Reading Literacy Promotion at the Maribor Public Library. Participants registered via the electronic application form and the lectures were held through the ZOOM application.
The event was carried out as a part of the final program of the National Month of Reading Together (page in Slovenian) and in the heart of Children's Week.
The golden thread running through the event was the theme of reading motivation intertwining theoretical and practical knowledge. Short presentations of all papers 2020 (doc in Slovenian).
